RICHARD WHITTLESTONE
Welcome to the Richard Whittlestone Wildlife Gallery.
Ever since he sold his first painting in the long hot summer of 1976, Richard Whittlestone has become one of the UK's most loved and respected wildlife artists.
Working in acrylics, water colour and oils, Richard draws inspiration from his deep love of the Derbyshire countryside, as well as his own encyclopaedic knowledge of birds and other wildlife.
The Wildlife Gallery is set on the beautiful Chatsworth Estate in the heart of the Peak District National Park. You'll find Richard's latest originals, plus a selection of limited-edition prints and cards.
Richard works most days in his studio, and is on hand to discuss art commissions and his latest projects.
With stunning countryside views and ample parking, the Gallery is well worth a visit any time of year.
